Finally, after months of anticipation for the grand opening, this place opens up and I'm so thrilled. I love their chicken rice bowl. Everything is freshly made and yes, you choose your choice of white or yellow rice, chicken steak or pork, black beans and then choose unlimited mix toppings of sour cream, guac, cheese, salsa, pica de gallo, lettuce, tomatoes. They'll ask if you want any sauces on tops of it all. I didn't get all the variety sauces but it does come spicy or non spicy so make sure you ask if you want some.
Their meals does not come with a drink. It's extra. They do catering services. You can register for free Qdoba club online for coupons and promotions for future purchases. There's a few tables so if you come here during lunch hours good luck finding seats. There's a large crowd of Prudential employees or Rutgers University employees/students. This is a great location for business so I hope they don't ever close. The place is still very nice so it's nice and clean. Hope management will be able to keep with the maintenance.
I arrived when the line was almost out the door, it took a while to get through the lime but it was worth it.
Today (May 2nd) they are offering a free taco at this location and they have a DJ giving out prizes for their grand opening.
I ordered a tequila lime burrito bowl ($8.35 including tax) and a Mad Rancher taco. In all the chaos my taco was lost by the time I reached the front of the line to pay. A replacement was quickly made and staff was very friendly. While eating, a manager came around to ask how everything was – great service!
This place will certainly give Chipotle a run for its money!

Just demolished a double steak taco salad with all the extra fixings…Was delicious, and filling, I'm actually contemplating on a round 2 just to be greedy. For starters the service was very friendly and welcoming. Placed my order and intantly went to town. If in the area you MUST TRY. It's inexpensive and the quality of the meat, veggies and everything else far exceeds the "other" similar chains in the area. No more Chipotle for me.
