  1. Adore this place. The hot food bar is absolutely delicious with a very decent amount of variety which rotates every so often with new options. Their cold salads are also great and everything is made fresh and healthy.  Their portion size is hearty and the prices are very reasonable. An entree with two sides is about $10. Highly recommend their salmon, cod, meatloaf, pasta, and kale salad. They also have high quality meats and various goods, and vegan sweets!!

  2. Wow, if we had Queens Natural Meat market in Hoboken, what a happy girl I would be.  We wait for the occasional business trips my husband takes to Long Island where he, everytime, without fail, goes to this terrific natural meat market to find grass fed beef, humanely raised meat products at a very affordable price.  He comes bach home with a few to several pounds of meat each time and the cuts are all so delicious!!!!  We usually buy pork or beef, but there is quite a lot of variety of products and many vendors represented.   We are so grateful for this market!  It is difficult to find much variety of humanely raised meat products in the winter in Hoboken (during the summer, we purchase from the farmer's markets., but I like the products at this market better actually).  Thank you Queens Natural Meat Market!!!

  3. Although the stores name implies they are a meat store, they are much more than that.  They carry organic grass fed meats such as beef and pork as well as chicken, they also carry artisanal salamis, frois gras and cheeses, all organic too. They also have freshly prepared food that are meat based as well as vegetarian. The smells from the hot buffet they were making almost made you think you were in a restaurant rather than a shop. They start serving at 11am, something I wish I knew before I got there at 9:45:(
The whole place is loaded with artisanal organic products, from hot sauces to sodas (as in ginger ale where the ingredients are ginger sugar and carbonated water) to spreads and frozen foods. All in all a really nice alternative to the health emporium that's at the end of the block (albeit a little pricier). The q17 and q88 bus stop is literally right out front so it's easy to get there by mass transit. Luckily for me it's right up the block!!

  4. The place to come for Organic and Hormone free food. They catered a lunch for me the was excellent. Will one of the owners is great. Everyone loved the food. Their kale is good I couldn't stop eating it. The Salmon, chicken and pork also so delicious. I will definitely use them again.

  5. Great little shop.  Everything there is made fresh.  The owner and manager seem very knowledgeable of every diet possible.  They have a great beer and gluten free selection.  I would come back here!
