This place is the Mecca for people like me. If food were a drug, I would have a problem and ravioli Fair would be my place of choice to score. No matter how many times I come here, Steve always has something new that he "just made" and he is always willing to give you a sample without you ever having to ask. This time around he had just made some fresh stromboli. Still warm, it was full of capicolla, ham, proscuitto, mortadella, pepperoni and cheese. Heavenly and delicious. I also ordered the standard box of small and large ravioli, some arancini, fried eggplant, and some caponata. Some of the items did not make it home. More reason for me to return!
I have used these place for years for catering. The owner Steve is great. He is always on time. Food is always good. He takes credit cards. You can call up there and order catering 2 hours before the event and they will be there on time. My favorite is the Baked Ziti and the Chicken Parm. This is a great place for catering.
