This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant….bold statement. I think maybe it was sold, but I'm not sure. The food is still pretty good, but not as good as it used to be. They used to have the best Hot and Sour Soup…it was amazing. But they changed the recipe and took out the beef so now it is vegetarian. Well, this took away 1/2 of the taste too. The other Ray's, which I think still has the original owner, still uses the old recipe. What I like about Ray's Cafe is it is more authentic than a lot of greasy typical Chinese restaurants geared towards the American palate.
