  1. I wish I had known about this place sooner! Super nice and clean inside. Not huge, but not small either. A decent selection of beer and other things. I'll def come here instead of going to the janky Pharmacy on Newark. Not bad prices either!

  2. This is a small liquor store – not a huge selection although they have a bunch of craft beers. They also had some expensive whiskeys and such behind the register.

The place really stood out because of the service. I asked the clerk behind the register (think it was the owner) for some assistance and he was beyond helpful and friendly. I was carrying two six packs and another member of the staff came and grabbed the top one to help me out and put it by the register. That was very nice.

The guy told me even though it's a small shop, he can find and order whatever it is you want. Good to know!

They offer FREE DELIVERY with a $40 minimum.

    Highly recommended!

  3. This is one of my go-to liqour stores in downtown JC. It is relatively small inside, but they have a pretty good selection of anything your little heart could desire in an alcoholic beverage.
This is one of the few places that sell Thomas Creek Beer in the area so my huband and I often stop in just for a taste from the Greenville, SC brewery.
The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful and the prices are cheaper than many other liquor stores in the downtown area.

  4. Not a bad place if you need a quick pick-up of a cold six pack or a bottle of wine. Prices are cheaper than boutique shops, but nothing jumps out and screams: this is a great deal. They tend to be sparse in bourbon (although they did just get Elmer T. Lee, which is nice) and have a pretty large coverage for Scotch for such a small place: so if youre a whiskey drinker, make sure to check them out for your staples in a pinch.
