After talking about Red Lobster for a few years, trying to make sure we can get into one to try it out.. it finally happened!! And boy, was it damn worth it!! I think my husband and I were thinking more with our bellies than our heads that day haha but the food is everything it's made out to be, and more! The service at this location was very nice. Our server seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Being first timers are Red Lobster and all, she did help us out trying to find something good to try. Go with a platter, but share with someone. It's a lot of food.. a lot of delicious goodness.
Red Lobster!! As a Vancouverite, this was a treat! I always see the commercials and wish we had one locally!
We had a huge huge lunch! We started with the red lobster biscuits, given that we were starving but OMG!!! THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD! LOL.. Some of the best, freshly baked biscuits we had!
We had the sweet chilli shrimps, great great flavor and they were delicious. The batter was a little thick for the actual flavor of the shrimps but the flavor was amazing!!!
The main, I had the lobster tail/coconut shrimp/grilled shrimp with shrimp Alfredo fettuccine!! and man, was it every good! Couldn't finish the whole thing but was worth it and it defiantly satisfied the cravinG!
As a Vancouverite who loves seafood, i would say that the quality of the seafood wasn't the best. It definitely seemed it was frozen and didnt taste as fresh or succulent but for the price point, I didn't expect it to be. The service was really slow but still at the end of the day, it was worth it!
I took my family here this past Thursday, 10/22 for my husband my birthday dinner. First, the waitress who gave us our table need to be more customer service oriented. We walked in and instead of being greeted, we were asked, "table for 4?" with an attitude. After we sat down, she walked away and didn't say a word. The place a only had a few customers only. Not many people came for a 5:30 dinner.
Our waiter comes by and didn't tell us about any specials. I had to ask and learned that it was endless shrimp special. I decided to order the endless shrimp special for myself.
Everyone, let me warn you that it's not what it seems to be and advertised! First, you can only choose two out of the four kinds of shrimp dishes. When you're done and want a refill, good luck on waiting! It took me 25 minutes wait for my hand bread and shrimp scampi to come out. Then additional 20 minutes for the refills. No, you can't order refills ahead of time. Your plate must be empty before that can place another order for you. When the order is placed, you have to wait. This is ridiculous! My family were done eating their meals and now waiting for me. This is not how dinner is suppose to be.
Good location. Better than most other locations in Jersey. Service could use improvement. Food is great though! Never get enough of those cheddar bay biscuits!!!
Enjoyable experience. This location is similar to others. The menu offered a lot of variety and there were more drink options than other restaurants. The service was polite and quick. The food tasted great and was served quickly. I had the Lobster Pizza and it was pretty good.
Every time we see the Lobster Fest commercial hubby is like, "let's go" and I'm like "ehhhhh" but I gave in. We went on a quiet Tuesday night and were seated right away, the place was about half full. We decided on ordering from thr LobsterFest menu that started off with a choice of s Caesars or side salad. . Our salad was nice, fresh and generous. Hubby got the Lobster Lovers dream: Two lobster tails, pasta with lobster and veggies or potatoes. Hubby liked it. I got the Lobster Scampi Linguini. More minced lobster meat than lobster pieces, mushy linguini (and strangely cut up?) The scamp sauce was good and helped make the dish at least edible. But overall it just wasn't a great meal. Even their famous cheddar biscuits were bland. Our server Luis was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. But overall just not worth returning for.
So i get here, and was helped by a girl named kimberly with curly hair? I believe (i didnt keep the recript lol)…i already knew i was going with the ultimate feast with a coke….went with that….man o man, tell me those biscuits are not the best! They are addicting! I ate like 4 of the bunch i was braught…i've seen people complain about the size of the ultimate feast meal, welp….they really did add more seafood to the meal because my fatass left happy and full lol…total was about 31$….not bad for biscuits, salad of choice, lobster tail, fried shrimp, butter shrimp, crab legs, rice and mash potatoes…hostess was pretty and coool.mad i didnt ask for her # lol
I've always been a fan of Red Lobster. Good quality sea food. This place is really good because of service. I was treated very well by the folks at the bar. A great stop if you are in town like I was for an event at the convention center.
