Was in the mood for some burgers yesterday and drove by Shake Shack but decided not to go in because of their crazy line. We decided to hit up Red Robin and that was the obvious great choice here. We were immediately seated for 2 right away and our waitress came to help us. She could obviously tell we were feeling delirious because we were so hungry so she helped us choose some good gourmet burgers (A1 Peppercorn and Southern Charm) along with a Blue Moon Belgium White and some waters. When she told us she would help request them to expedite our order it actually felt like she did that! We got our steak fries out first within 5 minutes of sitting down and our burgers came out about 5 minutes after that. We were so impressed by their speed and were even more impressed by how good the burgers were! I'm a bit disappointed at myself that I did not choose to come here first but all in all I'm coming back for sure!!
Love the new implementation. Think it's finally in sync after working the kinks out of the system. Love the new look to the place as well. Great spacing, more lighting along with fantastic food as usual. I even like the new self check-out counter at every table. Helps facilitate all the transactions. I know, most waiters usually rush customers to leave immediately due to wanting more tips along with traffic. This new system allows customers to feel at ease and allow them to take their time instead of rushing to leave the restaurant. Highly recommend. As usual, the burgers are great, along with the bottomless fries. In addition, they have this membership program where every 10th burger is free along with burgers on your birthday being free. Highly recommend that considering there's a reward system now that's implemented. Things are looking for this spot. Try it out! I go here at least twice a month!
I'll keep this short and simple. If you are here for just burgers, go to shake shack. Red Robin's burgers are seriously over priced but that's because they subsidize the all day happy hour deal and the bottomless fries. So if you're coming here to put down couple of glasses and eat ton of fries, you've made the right choice. Just burgers? Me thinks not.
Ok. Here goes. Im in the restaurant business. Have been for over 30 years. That being said i get it that some days you don't wanna be there at all. You are having a bad day. Your dog died. Your best friend lied to you. I get it. I do. I rarely go out to eat. I can't really afford it and i never have a night off to go anywhere anyway so whenever i do get the rare chance to dine out i try and pick a fairly cheap place with decent food that is close to where my friends and me live so we can get there quick. I decided to go here tonight. I haven't been here since i worked across the street a couple years ago. I always enjoyed the food here. So we got there around 8pm and they remodeled the spot and it looks great. I was really impressed. I mean i get it, its Red Robin but still it looks great. We got a seat in the bar and sat down while waiting for a 3rd member but i we were ready to order right away. I don't know what was up with the spot tonight whether they were short handed or what and i understand that. We sat for a while and finally got our server to take our order. He was fucking miserable. I tried really hard to be nice and friendly and joke around and he was not having it at all. Me and my gf ordered our burgers and drinks. We never got silverware and had to ask 2 different folks for it. The food was good. It was. But man oh man i felt like we were annoying the guy and when we asked for the check he just shoved the machine at us. WTF man. We were polite and nice and respectful. Didn't ask for anything crazy. I hate the fact i got treated like shit. The female manager was very nice she got us our refills and other things we needed. Im not gonna out the guy since im not about getting people in trouble on Yelp but for real man, try and crack a fucking smile. Life is hard i get it but we are nice and fun and you could've had a good time with us and got a way better tip then being a miserable fuck and hating us. Won't be back. No thanks.
Overall a fun place to come for burgers. I came on a random day during the week with a coworker and the waitress immediately guessed we were on our lunch break and suggested bringing our food out quickly and all at once. We definitely appreciated that. I got the Hawaiian teriyaki burger which all in all was pretty good. I've been here a few times and can honestly say the service is consistently great and the food, delicious. What more can you say but yummm.
I returned with my wife to Red Robin for dinner. We ordered a $15 special of 2 tavern burgers and a appetizer.On the face it appears to be a bargain but after we ordered we found out the tavern burgers are about the size of a Big King although they were tasty. There must be a very small tavern somewhere to accommodate these undersized burgers. The onion ring appetizer was half sized and required another $2 to be upgraded. I then ordered a milkshake which was tasty and quite large.Service was very good and responsive. The price to value ratio here is below average for this type of restaurant. All in all this was an OK experience and I should be back in the future but not for this "special".

I can't rave enough about Red Robin's burgers. They are always fresh, hot, huge , juicy & delicious. Love the Smoke & Pepper! Even the appetizer menu – it's great how they have it ranged from mini portions to the actual larger size portion. So you can taste the app yet no get too full on it. From the many times I have been to Red Robin (not just this location) , the food always seems spot on! Delicious! Never leave here Unsatisfied ! Not to mention- BOTTOMLESS FRIES! What what!
Good thing the food is great, because the service on the other hand….Whoa! I'm not gonna bad mouth anybody or anything BUT the last time I was there our waitress gave me hope! She was amazing. I'm very very mad at myself for

Food was great but service wasn't.
The waitress never came back to the table. Someone else brought out the food, and she never came back to check if everything was okay.
The only thing that bothered me a little was that there seemed to be little shards of ice in my ranch dressing. It's not a big deal, as ice won't harm me…but it just didn't belong there.
