  1. Needed a quick and healthy meal near Columbus Circle. Been wary about the prices here and it's especially hard to pass by amazing junk food on the same block, though I persevered.

Like the options although not as customize-able as some other spots. Settled on the North Shore Mahi Salad ($13) and an apple juice ($2.50). Salad isn't chopped and the fish is placed right on top, so a little work required to mix it all together. Taste isn't bad, and it doesn't leave you too full like some other salad stops.

This places gives you what you want fast. Prices are high, which is why it's so tough to have this instead of a burger. Next time will try one of their hot meals and re-review.

  2. Overall, it's not a bad healthy option if that's what you're looking for. I got the Carolina BBQ Chicken, which was actually very yummy, but I definitely did not feel that this was worth $11. Portions were on the small side – sadly, I was hungry again 2 hours later!

    Not worth the price tag.

  3. Delicious! Was looking g for this while in my whole 30 and it was great. Curry mahi mahi was very tasty. Place is a little boring inside but food and people were great and reasonable prices

  4. Small portion and overpriced. Only two choices for vegan. Maybe I should get hot meal instead of salad because the miso organic tofu salad I got for almost $11 is not good or fulfilling at all compared with sweet green at only $8+ sth. I don't really get what's nutrition approved means for this store. Plus, a lot of deliveries for this place, so I have to wait so long for my salad! Don't think I will be coming again but menu is here

  5. Tried the smoky Spanish shrimp this week which was a great size, but lacking salt. It seems like my last review mentioned this missing ingredient as well. The concept and flavor was ok but I wasn't 'wow'd' as I had planned to be.

  6. This used to be an office favorite for healthy eats. The cauliflower soup is a big hit amongst my coworkers! Unfortunately, the last time I ate here 2 of us got sick after eating the Mahi curry.

  7. This place is pretty nomtastic.

I love, love, love the Pozole Roja soup. So flipping good, doesn't have bullshit 'veggie' fillers like celery, AND it's shockingly low in calories.

The shrimp taco is also a solid choice. Yum! They don't skimp on loading it up and it's low in calories. Perfection.

I always take my food to go (or have it delivered) which means I haven't spent much time inside the location but they're quick on the to go orders and the delivery doesn't take long either.

The food doesn't always look bright & 'perfect' because they don't add artificial colors and preservatives but it tastes delish and I don't feel like shit afterwards so yeah, exactly what we all need a little more of in NYC.

Go. No, stop overthinking it. Go. Do ittttt.

  8. Came here with intentions of eating a healthy lunch and also checking in on Yelp for a free iced green tea (which was very fresh and ice cold)!

I ordered the moco loco hot entree and added a small cream of cauliflower soup for $2.50.  My to go order came out quickly, great.

Get home to eat and had to aggressively season the soup, really lacking salt and pepper. The moco loco was a generous portion but the seasoning in the chicken burger just didn't really work with all the other components. It had more of a middle eastern flair while there was a verde salsa and almost Mediterranean type veggies mixed in with the rice. Overall it just seemed confused and was a bit pricey. I did feel healthy though!!
