This cart won my heart through their rice crepes. They have rice roll crepe with fish balls, soy sauce, peanut sauce, and etc.
The cart opens pretty early in the morning for commuters. They make rice roll crepes with various ingredients – barbecue pork, beef, minced pork, shrimp, cilantro, egg, and etc. The owners of the cart have their mini rice roll crepe oven working. They just mix flour and water, push it into the oven – the flour will turn solid and then they will then ask you what you want in it.
My favorite rice roll crepe is the mini dried shrimps with cilantro. Very plain and simple but delicious to me! They will add the ingredients in and push it back into the oven. A few seconds later, they will use their rectangular cutter to roll and cut it to smaller pieces for you. Just ask for soy sauce, hot sauce, etc. on the side.
