Service is always slow and unfriendly. I used to like the fact that I could get sale prices without a Rite Aid card. Now you have to sign up and use the card to get sale prices 🙁
They recently revamped this Rite Aid in an effort to make it cleaner and nicer, yet still manage to never keep the makeup endcap displays stocked. I understand not wanting to buy more stock of a limited edition promotion, but doesn't the fact that it sells out quickly tell you that it's in demand and it may be a good idea to restock it instead of leaving the empty display out for four weeks? Sheesh. I've had markedly better luck shopping at the Rite Aids on Bell, which have stocked shelves and are much neater.
Not to worry, i never use rite aid stores. I only went in for the western union machine but i am sure i will not be returning to any of their locations. As I went to 2 locations on the same night and my experience was just as bad at the other store.
I only come to this location in the middle of the night because the one closer to me closes earlier than this one. So i admit i'm probably not always catching it at it's best shape. but usually in the middle of the night, it's pretty crazy in there… I don't mean like, woohoo party up in here crazy, but like, uh oh, someone had a party up in here crazy… everything is basically where it shouldn't be… mainly on the floor.
well… i exaggerate a bit, but truthfully the shelves often are in disarray and its difficult to find what you're looking for… not all of the shelves but usually the ones that hold the seasonal items.
one thing that i really like about Rite-Aid is that fact that all of their insurance info is centralized and it can all be accessed from any of their locations. meaning if you've given your insurance info to any of the pharmacists at any point they will have it on file. Also the Pharmacist in this location kinda reminds me of a mad scientist. and for some reason i feel intimidated or scared when i talk to him, but really there is no reason for that, cause as far as i can see he's a nice guy and he's usually working hard to get your meds ready as soon as possible… especially if he sees that you are just waiting around for him to get it ready.
So slow!!!!Doctor send my prescription needle an hour ago, after arriving at their location they ask me to wait another 15 mins, when i went back 15 mins later, indian guy on the counter ask me to wait another 5 mins. They are like snails working,, so slowww!!!
