The best thing about this Rite Aid is that it is on my way to work. So I can stop by and get a pair of stockings, a card, soymilk etc. that I will need for work. What sucks about it is there seems to be no one who works there. It is not uncommon for me to have to walk around several times looking for someone to ring me up. I take it that around 7 a.m. they are extremely short staffed and the workers are doubling up restocking shelves while they are also meant to be serving customers.
I must say that every time I have gone to get a card from this place I have gotten compliments for the card later. In fact most recently I was asked if I have someone custom make the cards. While I know that the pharmacy does not make the cards I think that carry a wide assortment that makes it easy to find something for every personality.
If only they could get the staff thing together, then again most of us know what we want when we go into a pharmacy it is not like shopping for shoes and looking for a particular size.
DISGUSTING This place has the worst customer service i've ever seen in my life. Blatantly talking negatively about customers right in front of them and other customers. Just overall the most rude, disgusting people I have ever dealt with in a retail environment. There was 1 register open and about 12 people on line and other people who were working there were in the back of the store blabbing away.
I've been using this pharmacy for a number of years and am still mind boggled why I continue.
The only reason they're not getting less than a star is for having a parking lot.
It's the only pharmacy I've stepped foot in that is constantly understaffed. You could wait an easy 10 minutes before you find someone to help you. For that reason lines are usually long and people are on a short fuse with impatience.
I honestly don't understand why they can't employ a decent number of staff to get by the day.
At the pharmacy if you're trying to pick up a prescription, wait times are never under half hour. The staff also seem to be incompetent with figuring out insurance information and billing.
I'm definitely actively looking for a new pharmacy in the area. This Rite Aid has had its chance.
A pretty big store with really little employees. Every time I come here this place is almost always deserted. Where are all the customers at?! The makeup section is not very well stocked. Everything else is alright. There's not much savings going on here either but ohwell..
