  1. There's always a line for the registers and it seems there's always only cashier working, until the line stretches to the back where the cosmetics are and only then will another register open. The stuff is more expensive than other drugstores, but they do sell almost everything. They also have a parking lot.

Customer service sucks though, especially at the checkout. The cashier managed to say absolutely nothing to me while I was checking out and during the middle of the transaction, he actually left the register to do something else. I had to bag my own purchases and get the receipt myself.

  2. The 5 stars is ratings out of all the RiteAid that I have been to in NYC.

Since the renovation, I have never been prouder to be a RiteAid shopper.
Everything is in stock in the middle of the week, even the on sale items.

I had no problem asking where the women deodorant and razors were because it is no longer in the same aisle as the guys – segregated much?

It's so bright, I can see all the colors of the nail polish that they have in the corner.
I was out within 15 minutes. I got my cereals, shampoo, razors and coffee.

Check out the Load2Card on the riteaid site cause you can save even more.

  3. Long lines and it seems like they do most of their shelf stocking on the weekends, so don't count on finding sale items or being in and out really quickly. They have a parking lot though. But go to CVS two blocks away instead.
