With competition from the new Walgreens across the street, I thought Rite Aid would step it up a bit. But no, it's the same. I shop for ordinary stuff like shampoo or suncreen in either store depending not on which store is better (Walgreens!) but on which direction I'm driving on Flatbush.
The West Indian lady behind the pharmacy counter is the worst.
After standing on the "Drop Off" side for 8 minutes, I walk over to the "Pick Up" side. Finally someone comes to assist me & she tells me to step down to the "Drop Off" side.
I know they have a camera pointed to that side & I know they saw me. Next time I'm sticking my head in the window. I'm sick, does it look like I want to be waiting all damn day for you to take my damn prescription. I just want my drugs bitch.
