The best way I can sum this store up is a health food of 7 Eleven. I usually come here for the smoothies and I use to have a super rapport with a fellow Trini, Ras Jubes. He's no longer with them and the new guy (looks like owner or part therefore) isn't as friendly. He's not gruff, but he's not the engaging type.
Like I said, it's like my healthy 7 Eleven. I wish they were closer to me so I could get a smoothie each morning because try as I do I can never get a smoothie right. You know what they say about not being able to boil water or make smoothies right? You don't? Good for me then.
On shelves I've seen a bit of your regular foods and many essential oils and vitamins (in fact an entire aisle is dedicated to that). They also do pies like beef, fish and vegi which my friend swears by but I have yet to try. Of course they stock many of the usual items you would come to expect at health food stores.
It's small but packs quite a bit. I'm sorry they've moved as they were more noticeable in the little plaza down the block where I first met them.
