I work with Mexicans so I trust them the most when it comes to ordering Mexican/Latin cuisine. San Antonio's is one of the few places my company will order lunch from collectively. We usually place large orders and request that it is delivered by 12 noon. San Antonio's is always on time or early.
Their food is fresh tasting and the presentation is always very nice even though it's in a takeout styrofoam box. Their beef is always marinated in tender strips. The chicken and pork are usually pulled. The green hot sauce is so good I'm considering going there and just buying a bottle of it (if they even do that). Sometimes, based on the food, my coworkers and I can tell when they use a different chef because one of them is better than the other. Sometimes the beef is phenomenal and sometimes it's just good. All in all their food is very good and reasonably priced.
Stay away from their quesadillas though because they're not good; very dry. It's like they don't know how to even make them. Every coworker of mine including myself has made the mistake of ordering the quesadillas and never doing it again. Everything else is great though!
