  1. Cheap chinese snackery on a cart. Much like the ones in Brooklyn chinatown. I'll enjoy some fishy balls on a stick with a line of hoisin while I walk the streets. You can also get fried chicken and some other things I'm not sure I'd try from a food cart. But flash fried fish balls are good enough for my dollar!

My friend, the local, says that this operation has no seemingly set hours and has been in business for a while. We caught them on a weekday evening. Its all a matter of convenience and spontaneous eating!

  2. I have passed this cart many many times. At times there is a line. It is VERY shady looking. It is almost as if they just decided to start cooking on the side of the street.  Although I hear they have been there for a long time. Honestly, I have allays been kinda scared to eat there, just because you never know what you're getting or how it will go after when eating at some roadside cart.   All that said, I was VERY impressed how good the food was! I had the rice and lo mein and could not believe how fresh and delicious it tasted.
