What an interesting little spot! I've always known about midnight ramen spots in NYC, but I don't live in the city so it's really hard for me to go.
Since there are so few reviews and I got there before they opened, I wasn't sure if I was wasting my time and if this place still existed since the place was dark. Luckily, the doors opened a couple minutes after midnight.
This little secret operates out of Totto's kitchen at 12:30 to 4am. The ramen is made by a different chef and served by a different set of servers. Pretty cool.
I ordered the Taiwan Ramen and the ramen itself was pretty delicious. It consists of wavy noodles in paitan soup with spicy ground chicken. I loved the kick of spice, but I think for some people, this might be too spicy so be warned! It's also pretty oily from the spice.
Miso Paitan Ramen – It had wavy homemade noodles in a Paitan soup with pork belly. This was pretty delicious as well, but I preferred my Taiwan ramen.
If you need some food to sober up, this is a good place to come to.
