The food and atmosphere is reminiscent of most banquet style russian restaurants in brooklyn; no surprises there: good food, attentive service, but man does the music suck =/ I think I'm jaded because I've been to these places literally 800 times, but my opinion is defninitely not one that's out of the ordinary.
The waiter got my order wrong twice!!! Came here at 7.30, started eating at 9.45. 2 hour wait and still got the wrong food. What a terrible place!
Came here during the day for one of my friend's son first birthday party. The restaurant was fancy and it matches the style of the birthday party. The main dining room in the back, we had a bouncy castle and approximately 7 long tables. The long tables had an array of food laid out when we first came in.
My friend and I already knew that we were in for a big feast! There was shrimp, smoked salmon, eggplant, lamb, chicken, beef, traditional dishes which I am not familiar with the name. The food kept coming and coming. The servers were soo attentively and kept serving us food and drinks! Overall, the food was decent – some were bland while others were quite tasty. The dessert was the best with the phyllo crust with custard filling.
Food could have been better but service was great. There is apparently parking next to the restaurant. Don't park outside unless you want to park for 1 hr.
