The SI Ferry is one of the most underrated places to have a cheap date. You can bring your own booze, you can sit and watch the NY Skyline. But the downtown ferry building is just ok. Someone told me there is a place to get margaritas to go, but I didn't hit that place yet. The St George ferry terminal is better, only b/c there is a Dairy Queen. The most romantic place in 5 boros.
