  1. Love this location especially in the summer as court is bustling with shoppers, workers, etc… Clean and Friendly staff, it's not the largest Starbucks and seating is sparse but there's also a bench out front to chill and soak up some rays.

  2. Waitstaff friendly.  There is a studying vibe here.  I was told there is a secret alcove for more seating downstairs.  Not sure if this is indeed the case.  I like the strong aroma of coffee to smack my olfactory bulb in the wee morning.  I surely find myself wandering here if I need a hot chocolate.  🙂

  3. I have nothing but great things to say about this Starbucks!! They're coffee/tea/food are the same as any other Starbucks. However, what sets them apart from other Starbucks is that they actually encompass everything that the company initially set out to do–they welcome you to grab a coffee and stay a while.  It can get pretty busy, however, the staff is very efficient and the line moves very fast. The upstairs has a decent amount of tables and is the perfect place to meet up with friends.

If you are going to Starbucks in order to study/get work done, the crown jewel is the basement seating!! While studying for my board exam, I basically lived down there! Yes, it is windowless and sort of "dungeon-esque" however, that's exactly what I need when studying! As there aren't any windows, you have no idea what time of day it is or if it's nice outside which sets you up with the ability to get completely lost in your work without any idea as to how many hours you've spent down there.  There also are a lot of other people who are doing work down there which almost works as a motivation–you are not alone! Never once have I had a staff member encourage me to leave as there is more than enough room for other people downstairs. The only downside is that the bathroom is pretty gross–but I've seen homeless people taking advantage of the public restroom and spending ridiculous amounts of time in there–showering in the sink perhaps?

Hands down, this Starbucks is the best place in the area to spend hours studying/getting work done!

  4. Usually when I am in the neighborhood at Los Paisanos to pick up some fresh whole brisket, I come here. Service is fast and friendly with laid back vibe. Pretty spacious with plenty of seating.

My drink is the Grande Iced Mocha which was spot on. I love paisanos but cant pass up a good iced coffee.

Happy Fourth of July!! BBQ Time bby Lol

  5. This is probably the 3rd or 4th Starbucks I've been to in the Downtown Brooklyn/Cobble Hill area. It's definitely smaller compared to the others along Court Street, Montague Street, and Jay Street and limited seating as well.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon after the gym and the line moved quick. Baristas and Staff are friendly and nice. There's something about this Starbucks, it has a cozy, homey feeling to it.

  6. The drink my sister got did not taste good (in my opinion) (chocolate chip frap), and the bathroom soap dispenser was destroyed, bathroom walls has graffiti and was not clean. Not too pleasant of an experience…

  7. Seemed alright to me.  I would have liked a receipt for my drink, but then again I didn't ask for one.

They had a public restroom that had a broken soap dispenser.  Luckily I had hand sanitizer.

My drink was good and created promptly.

    Nothing exceptional or terrible.  Standard.

  8. I don't think I have ever bought anything from here so I can't speak to the service, but they don't bother you if you want to come in and use their electricity to charge your phone, and I have sat on one of the four benches outside the store (two in the front and two on the corner) enjoying the weather and the free wifi without any problem.

I must say though, that the tables can take a while to be cleared/cleaned between patrons.
