  1. Oh Starbucks! Why do I have a love hate relationship with you? It seems gone are the days of consistent service and when Starbucks sincerely cared about its customers. So I order the same Chai Latte with soy milk, extra hot, no water, and no foam yet depending on who makes the drink it doesn't taste the same. The inconsistently is so wide that there are times I have gotten real milk in lieu of my preferred soy. I have been wondering what keeps me going back to Starbucks? It may be time to boycott and move on for good.

  2. It's good to know no matter where you are in the world the level of shit service Starbucks offers is the same, making any city feel like home.

This Starbucks is no exception. I'm never able to get in and out of this location in under 15 minutes despite my order being 1 grande blonde roast. Nope it's not the line (as there's usually 1 or 2 people in front of me) I'm not sure what it is that the employees manage to turn pouring a cup of pre brewed coffee in to a process that takes longer than actually going to a store, buying a new bag of beans, and brewing my own coffee.

  3. They need to figure out their staffing! When I went there were three uniformed baristas. One was standing around behind the counter (apparently being trained?) Another was standing next to me in front of the counter, as if to order. And the third was preparing coffee. No one to take my order.

The place is positively frigid. It's like 66 degrees. I had a jacket on, and my hands started to literally get numb.

  4. Since growing out of my Starbucks phase in high school and finding other more intimate cafes to study in during college, this Starbucks location has really rekindled my love for cafes. In terms of the space, it is a perfect place to lounge and read a book on a nice afternoon. I wish I lived in this area because this would be a place I would frequent.

  5. Very well decorated branch. I really loved the framed drawings on the wall. They have small tables and plugs underneath which makes it super easy for people working on their laptops.

Even it said open till 11 AM on Yelp, they are open till 11.30 PM on Sundays and that's what we needed in the neighborhood on a snowy night. Many of the other tea and coffee shops closes at 10 PM so keep in mind.

Employees were so nice, since it was 10 PM when we walked in, there was no milk on the station but they gave us some in a cup. It was so clean and they both announced the closing of bathroom and the store itself.

  6. I come here mornings on my way to work. The lovely app allows for me not to wait which at times is a long time even if I'm the only one there at 6:58 am.

The reason for the 3 stars…not consistently saying good morning. That may not be a big deal to you but if I come in to a place at 7:02am and I say good morning to you and I only get a response when one particular young lady is working (I can't remember her name but she's 5 stars) is just not cool. It's down right rude. And I know I say it loud enough!

It's not like I wanted to know your ss number and your zodiac sign. I'm just being polite and saying good morning to the person who is making my life easier by allowing me to do a pick up and run.

I know for some it may not matter to them, but mornings are already rough since I'm expected to be fully functional at 7:45am. Rudeness so early in the morning is just not nice

  7. This place is enormous.  The interior is very new and spacious.  The large layout provides for ample seating.  Essentially every seat as a power outlet directly next to it which is ideal if you are looking to grab a cup and settle in with your laptop for a while.

Although the area is big the seating is not over crowded so you dont feel like you have to fight for breathing room. This creates a very comfortable environment.

The free wifi is easy to connect to and I have never had a speed issues ven when everyone is on there own devices around you.

The baristas are pretty good about taking order and always great you with a smile. What else can you ask for.

  8. Not a bad location, a lot of construction going on which means soon the store will be larger and spacious.

I stopped in for a quick pick me up. Popeyes Iced Green Tea which is awesome and delish. It is a secret menu item just google Starbucks secret menu. Basically its Unsweetened Green Tea, Matcha Powder with ice shaken.

Drink was on point and service was ok.
