People give this place so much crap, but honestly I've never had an issue or problem with this Starbucks.
Things for people to remember, they are located right across the street from a college. The people working there are probably in college too. So if you feel like they're taking to long just keep in mind they are constantly slammed and they get rude people all the time. They are trying, and kindness goes a long way as a customer.
This location is a hit or miss, but unfortunately more miss than anything. Sometimes they mess up your drink or the coffee can taste kinda burnt. On my recent coffee run, I was on my way out and struggled with the door for the longest. The barista behind the counter (who wasn't even at the register) told me to "just push it" in a fed up tone as if I was pushing too lightly. I struggled for a while and NO ONE helped me (thanks guys who just sat there and watched).
Finally a guy on his way out gave it a try and it didn't open either. Then another barista tried for a bit and even checked if it was locked. Turns out it was jammed…I'm not one to dislike any Starbucks location because they should pretty much be the same. Some have better service than others, but there is a minimum standard. This location does not meet that standard and I will not be coming back.
Came here today to grab a grande Pike only to find out 5 minutes later prior to waiting that they didn't know where my cup went. Organization is obviously not a priority in this place. Also, I've paid with my rewards card and my debit card together at the same time in the past with no problems at all. Today I did the same and found out from the cashier that it wasn't possible?
It's hard to review chain coffee and restaurants because they all serve the same food and drinks in the same style.
This unfortunately got the two stars for the bare minimum of being delicious enough to qualify as a Starbucks but that's it. The staff here is actually kind of rude… The type that will say "next" and roll their eyes if you don't respond immediately. Also, this isn't the Starbucks you want to go to during morning hours and lunch hours. It's always crowded with students and the line often loops around outside. It doesn't help to wait 15-20 minutes when you're in a rush. Also, when it comes to those deals Starbucks usually have- don't come here! It's not the right place because it'll probably be 10x more crowded during those hours.
Don't get me wrong, at times, they will do a decent job with your coffee, but they mess up the orders more often than not. Also, this place is packed with students at all times, and it is very difficult to get in and out within 20 minutes. Pales in comparison to other Starbucks locations in the area.
If you're getting a hot or an iced coffee, you should be okay coming here. Anything more complex than that, I'd say skip this location. This has some of the least skilled and trained baristas. Numerous times I've waited over 15-20 minutes to get my drinks when there weren't even anyone in front of me.
I've asked them if they had the nitro cold brew, and they had no idea what it was and just told that they don't have the ingredients in house to make it. I also asked for a green tea frap, and the guy at the cashier asked me if I really said "green tea" 4 times. He said he has never heard of anyone ordering that before.
One time I had a guy in front of me literally ask for no foam and it was returned to him twice by 2 different baristas with extra foam! I couldnt help but laugh lol. He had to stop them from remaking the drink again and he said for them to just spoon out the foam. Smh
If you have time to go to another location, I would recommend that instead or you can opt for some bubble tea across the street. Bright side, they have a pretty clean bathroom.
Great Bux with a bathroom. Never a bad experience here. Baristas are great and put extra ice in my cup etc. No issues I've experienced with wifi and they're usually seating. Aces!

Literally just walk down a block to any other Starbucks location. Service is awful and my iced coffee was so sour
