My phone battery was dead and my feet were tired. I wanted to unwind with a sweet coffee beverage and an outlet. I ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte Frappuccino. The barista decided that I didn't want any whipped cream and became defensive when I requested it. The drink itself tasted like sugar and had large sugar particles mixed into it. I did not taste any of the other "flavors". Then I learned that: NONE OF THE OUTLETS IN THIS LOCATION WORK. So my battery remained dead. After attempting to finish my awful "beverage" I requested the restroom location and was told there were none. I don't understand how a 92 year old man in Miami gets ticketed for feeding the homeless because there is no bathroom available, yet this multi billion dollar corporation takes our money and is not required to provide restrooms for its customers.
I always come here on a whim. I don't really like coming to this location. You get two types of cashiers: the helpful friendly cashiers, and the nonchalant, rude, chatty cashiers. Today I ordered some snacks and a drink. The total came up really pricey,(I usually buy this combo for less) I go to the other side to wait for my drink. I noticed the cashier didn't write my name down, but I said nothing. Nothing comes; everyone behind me and ahead of me gets there drinks. waiting, waiting….
Barista: Are you waiting for something? Me: My pumpkin spice latte. Barista:*to cashier* Did you take her order? *points to me* Cashier: *repeats my order, but forgets the size* Me: *reiterates my order*
The cashier seemed so nonchalant about it, the barista apologized, even though it wasn't really her fault. It was the cashier.
That being said, some of the cashiers are rude, nonchalant, etc. My drink tasted similar to a caramal latte, but at that point, I was too tired to go back.

There is rarely ever a line here! I recommend this Starbucks because few people know about it. Their offerings are the same as other locations.
