I recently moved into the area and found that this Starbucks is much easier to get to while being quiet, clean and efficient….. Especially, when comparing it to the Starbucks by my work. Each morning, I've been greeted kindly and, with no line, I am able to pay and get my coffee in less than a minute or two. Fantastic perk when you are running late to the train!
Terrible. Horrible. No good, very bad Starbucks. 5:57 a.m.
It's brick outside, I have a taxi waiting for me to swoop in and pick up my mobile order, which was supposed to be ready. I stood and waited for 4 minutes past the expected pick-up time.
This lack of preparedness shocked me considering there were no customers waiting to order in the store. I used to like this Starbucks when it first popped up because it was just 3 blocks away from my apartment when I moved, making it the closest one to my bed and the only one close to CPW.
I think staff has changed, and the quality of service has been steadily declining. They didn't have stirrers. OK…
they didn't have stoppers? Fine.
You don't even have sugars out, but you've been open for 30 minutes? Why do you jerks even come to work?
When people show up before dawn, just get them what they ask for. In this case, go watch Reading Rainbow so you're able to read and understand the drink I ordered (using your app, so it's typed and there's no way to claim you "misheard me") instead of making it up as you go along.
Mobile Order: Venti Chai, +3 shots, +nonfat milk, + extra hot, + light whipped cream AND iced double macchiato
Received: Venti Chai, + 3 shots, lukewarm, whole milk, no whipped cream, no stirrers, begging for Sugar In the Raw, HOT macchiato.
You have successfully made an already long day that much worse with your complete lack of care. Thank you and I will never be purchasing my beverages here, even if you are close to my old apartment and still current nail spot. I hate everything they're doing here and wish they would change staff or put these lazy people in a boot camp.
Two stars for still being very shiny and new addition to the neighborhood.
