  1. Sticky's caramel pretzel chicken fingers are a revelation. First, they capture the salty sweet essence of chicken and waffles without the need for heavy waffles. Second, they somehow get the white meat in the chicken to taste super tender and juicy. Obviously they brine it or buy it from a magical land where chicken breast is just as moist as thigh meat. Third, the fried coating is crispy and full of texture without being too thick or overbearing. Reminds me a bit of cornflake crusted "oven-fried" chicken.

While the caramel pretzel fingers are probably their most ingenious menu offering, the garlic mayo laden Vampire Killer is just as satisfying. Personally I can't get enough garlic in life (except for garlic ice cream–I draw the line at garlic ice cream), so the Vampire Killer speaks to my longing for more garlic. The toasted garlic slivers on top of the garlic mayo add a nice contrasting crunch and savory umami bump.

Also, they have great options for kids. My kids love the chicken poppers and the fries underneath.

When we visited for the first time, person at the register was very friendly and patient with explaining the menu for us chicken finger noobs. I can't say enough good things about Sticky's. Definitely worth a visit!

  2. Small store front but decent spacing on the interior. Love that the walls have decorations and art. It was my first time trying their finger baskets. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I had the Thai fiesta finger basket & the regular finger basket. The food came fresh & hot. It smelled super aromatic. I couldn't wait to dig in. The chicken was so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I was so delighted to eat it. Both came with fries underneath the 3 chicken pieces.

Thai fiesta finger basket – came with a sweet chili sauce & ketchup on the side. Each chicken piece was topped with Mac sauce. It was so delicious.

Regular finger basket – came with a cray sauce & ketchup on the side. It had great flavor just by itself. The cray sauce really enhanced the flavors. Every bite was so good.

The finger baskets are very filling and the size of the chicken are big too!

Tip: Look their paper menu for more options and info on the food !

  3. This chicken stand has been on my list for a while. Fingers, poppers, and the like served with interesting sauces/flavors at a reasonable price. I'm usually very hungry in the area so never stopped by this snack spot, until I finally gave in.

Cool decor on the inside with low tables to the side. Got to the front and the guy at the counter looked like he was ready to kill a man. Undeterred, I ordered the Salted Caramel Pretzel fingers with a drink ($13.50 total). Three meaty, fried chicken fingers smothered in a honey caramel sauce and topped with pretzels. Interesting combination of flavors, albeit a bit messy to eat.

I like the concept – a tad high price-wise for essentially a snack place. I feel like the spot would be great in the LES with a bunch of bars nearby.

  4. I tried coming here about a year ago and the doors were open but I got shunned away because apparently they were having a private party…then I returned a year later overly excited about some chicken fingers (I love fried chicken in all forms/genres)

I got the signature fingers (3) with Buffalo Blue, Vampire Killer, and Salted Caramel Pretzel. This cost $12, making one finger $4. After ordering at the counter you wait for your order # to be called. The guy taking orders was severely grumpy and they seemed understaffed, it took everyone about 30 minutes for their orders to be ready so this definitely isn't a fast food joint even though they serve chicken fingers/fries etc.

My favorite of the three flavors I ordered was probably the Salted Caramel Pretzel. If you love sweet + savory things this is a must try! The vampire killer was overwhelmingly garlic-y as expected and I didn't really love the thick cheese that was on top of it. The buffalo blue was more of a standard flavor of buffalo chicken, a bit spicy but not overwhelming.

The chicken is good and awesomely crispy, interiors are cute but I don't think I would frequent this place due to its long waits and unfriendly staff.

  5. I ordered the fried chicken tenders with fried. The portion was huge for one person. I barely could fonidh it. The chicken was juicy and fries crispy but a little too thickly coated. My biggest beef is they only give you one sauce for the meal. It isnt enough.

  6. i'm knocking one star from this place because my stomach was not feeling too hot after eating here, but overall there's a good thing going on!

my boyfriend and i tried both the poppers and fingers and i found them both to be not overly breaded, but perfectly crispy and meaty! we got the vampire killer fingers pretty good. but the crisp garlic pieces were getting caught in my teeth.

for sauces we got the sticky's original and buffalo balsamic maple. i think the buffalo was my favorite to dunk the poppers in. the regular size poppers order with fries was a nice serving of chicken, just wanted more CAJUN fries!

if i come back i want to try the bada bing (i love chicken parm) and get some of the specialty fries. they all sounded so tasty.

  7. I pass by this joint everyday as I walk my dog and because I am really not a fan of chicken fingers, I had never bothered. However, a few nights ago, we forgot to have dinner and it was after 11 and everything was basically closed but this place.
The way it works: you order either fried chicken tenders or grilled and you pick your sauces. They also have sandwiches, salads and sides.
We went with 5 grilled chicken tenders and 2 sauces: sriracha ranch and a spicy honey one. The wait was so long and really annoying, but the place is soooo busy with deliveries and take out that I guess it makes sense…
I really enjoyed the chicken, everything is made to order so (you have to wait) and it's very fresh. I loved the sriracha ranch, not so much that spicy honey one. I will return for sure and try difference sauces. Yeah!

  8. I hope Marv & Harry have an extra spot in the Sticky Bandits for me. The first place we would loot would be Sticky's Finger Joint. They have too many sauces for a normal person to sample in one or two visits. Be sure you are Home Alone when you eat your meal or risk missing some tenders. The chicken fingers are Kawhi-Leonard-sized gigantic with a light batter. The fries are herb dusted, lovely, and crispy. Try the special white Sticky's sauce (heh). There always seems to be at least a 15 minute wait regardless of the number of patrons.
