  1. My girlfriend really wanted to try this place out so we drive out from the Bronx to come try it out. Everything sounded delicious and looked so
Yummy. The workers seemed distracted most times but were friendly and helpful eventually.

I got the signature buffalo chicken sandwich. She got plain fingers. And we shared a side of the bacon Mac fries. The fingers alone weren't the best chicken fingers I've had. My sandwich left me still hungry and not satisfied. Felt it could of been tastier, more flavorful and more filling for the price tag on it.

The bacon, Mac fries. Jesus Christ. These are like a heart att just literally just waiting to happen. The amount of salt can send you into cardiac arrest and land you right in the back of an ambulance. I had to stop eating them. I literally thought I was going to die.

That being said, I've tried it and food baby steered us wrong. I'm done listening to that child. He's trying to send me Straight to my grave lol

  2. The chicken itself was excellent: nicely fried and very moist. My beef with this place is that everything else is lackluster or overly salty.

Sticky Fingers has a great look and location. The dining area is very small, so its obviously more of a take out place. My group and I huddled around the tiny round tables that were available. Not ideal but nothing that can't be overcome by great food. The staff was a little on the slow side, each order of fingers was sauced and topped one by one. The place was lit like a cafeteria and had clean, basic decor: white walls and metal tables and chairs.

I had the truffle fries with a small order of the caramel pretzel topped fingers, but between what my group ordered I'm fairly sure I got a sample of everything on the menu. The small came with 3 fingers, which is more than sufficient when you see the size of these fingers. I really liked the sweet/savory combo of the caramel sauce with the chicken, it was reminiscent of chicken and waffles. All I remember about the fries was how salty they were, overseasoned close to being inedible. All the other sauced options were also extremely salty. If you get untopped chicken, the sauce options range from very good to meh. The containers of sauce they give you are, as other reviewers have pointed out, comically small in proportion to the chicken. The grandma's gravy sauce is one to avoid. Served cold, its the same yellow, chicken stock gravy that covers turkey at a cheap diner.

If they laid a little off the seasoning and were more generous with their sauces I could see justifying the calories and cost, but for right now Sticky's will only be a very occasional indulgence.

  3. I was in town and wanted to find a place near my cousin's job. We decided to go this place because we were pulled in by the pictures of the different types of fries. My cousin and I didn't mind cheating, besides, potatoes are vegetables, right?

Anyway, my cousin got there before me and was able to snag a table as this place is on the small side. I noticed most people got their food to go. Inside the restaurant, there are about five tables with chairs on one side and a bench alongside the window. They also have cool painting on the wall.

    Food:

My cousin looked at the menu beforehand and decided to get the bacon mac fries, I had a harder time deciding–I think they either change their French fry options or they vary based on location because some of the options that I saw in pictures were not available in the restaurant. I didn't want to get the same thing as my cousin but didn't want to get something totally out there like s'mores fries (really). I asked an employee about the pot pie fries and she was honest in saying that only one person a month would actually order it. It's also got a lot going on. I decided to play it safe and got the truffle parm fries with Sriracha ranch dipping sauce–as suggested by the employee. I really liked the fries. It had that perfect crisp and wasn't over salted. The dipping sauce was also the perfect choice–it had the kick I wanted and it wasn't too thick. My cousin on the other hand wasn't too much of a fan of her fries. She thought it had too much bacon (is there such a thing??) and didn't like that they used processed cheese (we're both particular about our cheese). She ate about 1/3 while I was part of the clean plate club. We were inside for about two hours catching up so it was no surprise that her fries were cold by the time we got ready to go. She asked for a to go box (she didn't want to waste $6.00 fries) and the employee asked if she wanted a fresh order. My cousin got another order sans bacon. I thought that was very nice and unexpected.

Overall, I thought the fries were okay, I can't speak on the chicken as we didn't order any. The service was good–no complaints there. They played good music (the Diddy channel on Pandora radio). We spent $9.00 total for fries and drink, not the cheapest but not expensive. This is cool place to try if you are looking to cheat on your normal diet. Obviously, eating here all the time is not wise, but I don't have to tell you that–well, I kinda did anyway!

  4. – $16 is kind of expensive for chicken fingers and specialty fries
    – Food was good, truffle fries were kind of salty
    – Overall it was chicken fingers and fries, one cannot go wrong with that

  5. Decided to treat myself to some fried artery-clogging goodness and these cats did not disappoint in the slightest. I've heard good things about Sticky's for quite some time and I'm happy to report it fully lives up to the hype.

I had the breaded Thai Chili strips and they were heaven. I really want to give the Vampire Killer a go next. The meat they use was so amazing I don't think I'll even bother getting the breaded version next time, since I'm confident it's just as delicious without it.

A lot of people rave here about the fries, so I tried the truffle Parmesan kind. They were solid but not mind-blowing, so I'll probably skip these next time and get a few extra strips instead.

    Go here.

  6. Have to update this review – went again and tried the Thai basket and the general tso's basket. Also split truffle parm fries.

This was delicious! I have to say, if you come here try one of the baskets – they're amazing and can't wait to try more.

  7. food: finger basket. comes with fries and sauce. the chicken was crisp and so were the fries. i tried the classic stickys, which tastes similar to bbq sauce. ***4/5

service: my fault for going in right before they closed, but these two girls was talking smack right in front of me about me going in last minute. it wasnt explicit, but i totally got what they were talking about. tsk tsk tsk. they still got me my food. i feel bad too at the same time, but damn, cant you wait until i leave. ***2/5

value: enough food to fill me up. a great late night snack for one. ***3/5

  8. I was a little disappointed with this place because I thought it was going to be the most amazing chicken fingers I've ever had, they're supposed to be the best right?? I ordered the chicken finger basket with fries. They had been made ahead of time which made me a little skeptical that they were going to be as spectacular as advertised, but I was still excited to try them since they looked nice and crispy. The fries were amazing, but the chicken was underwhelming. It seemed a little bland like it had been fried but hadn't been seasoned well. I like my friend chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and this chicken was lacking both. When I chose to eat here for lunch it was a choice between here and Shake Shack, and I would now choose Shake Shack every time.
