   Location is their advantage but they really failed at everything else.  My biggest pet peeve is inconsistency.  Flavors (under the same name) taste different every time I go there.  Since they are located by A&P, fan bistro etc, I frequently come here.  They used to have a really good Nutella flavor.  And today, I confidently got Nutella without tasting it and that was a big cup of mess.  It's a nasty sour glop in a cup.  

   And they didn't take responsibility of their store… It is icy outside and my husband almost fell right in front of their door (we see water was dripping and creating this icy area by the door).  We mentioned that to the store attendant and all she said was 'oh really?'  It's just a lawsuit just about to happen!!

   Yogurt kinda liquidy and some flavors were artificial tasting. Coffee notably was bad and vanilla also bad. Tart not really tart. If you have a small child, this place is a challenge because the yogurt pumps and toppings are at a low level and wrestling your kid from the toppings bar so they don't get into stuff makes for a not so pleasant experience. All in all edible, nutella flavor good. The chocolate pieces were a bit stale.

   Interesting theme/decoration. Flavors and toppings are okay.
