With that said, this place needs improvement in the customer satisfaction area! Most times, my coworkers and I walk over here for lunch. It was great to have a healthy option around in Bushwick within walking distance.
From the moment that they opened I have to say they have been strictly by the book. Extra cheese of two types, yeah, you're going to pay for each type. Even if you tell them to hold the meat! Nope, no substitutes. That of course would be unheard of (please note the sarcasm…)
The workers follow all rules. That's fine! I wouldn't ever want someone to lose their job. However, I don't believe at Subway training 101 they advise any employee to have an attitude! This is what I mean by lack of customer satisfaction. One worker ALWAYS has a rude tone I mean you can go any day of the week and yup, there she is acting the same exact way. Well except for the day that the big bosses came for a visit. "Double meat? Double cheese?" said asked with a huge smile. "Can I get you anything else? Do you want to make that a combo?" That was the only day she got it together! The rest of the workers aren't as bad. They do keep the restaurant clean.
However they leave much to be desired in the customer satisfaction area!
