  1. I have never been to a bad subway before.  And I've been to a lot of Subways!
    Reason is because subway is pretty much a set system, pick your bread and your meat (Giggidy giggidy), add some customized topping and you're set.  

    It's the same everywhere! even the portions are measured to a dime. The only way you can really eff it up is by poor customer service.  You will never do well in business if you always argue with the customers on why YOU Are correct and the customers are wrong.  

    This location is 2 blocks from my work place and I went there quite frequently until a couple of bad employees.  Now I only go here to claim a free sub. That's right you heard me!!

    They had a 2 dollar deal for a 6" sub in Dec. So i got the 12" one time. and it was 4 dollars plus tax. Perfect! No Problem what so ever.  Came back 2 weeks later, manager changed and the December deal still available.  I did the same thing… 5 Dollars plus tax now.  A dollar is not going to break me, but when I asked about it at the counter.. They all came to the counter to argue with me.  It really wasn't that big of a deal but why did you have to make me feel like i was trying to pull a fast one.  

    They made me feel so angry, I decided no Subway until recently.  I went back to claim a free sub!! The people behind the counter do not handle the sub like food.  They just throw it along the assembly line, throwing condiments and topping like its garbage. Not Even With a SMILE.. Give me that at least.

    I head to the cashier and I tell them I have points for a free sub.  He takes it as I want points.  He goes "$5.44"..  And I look at him.. No I said use the card.  And he argues to me… You didn't tell me to use the card. It's too late I swiped and added points to the card already… $5.44.   Seriously? After saying No I wont pay a couple of times.. Manager finally came out and fixed the situation.  But honestly.. If you keep fighting customers, WE won't come back!  

    Bottomline: Stay away from this Subway. They don't like you

  2. This is the worst subway I have been at.  Went in at 11:30 am on a Saturday and the only employee is sitting down in the way back of the restaurant talking on his cell phone.  He notices me and yells out, "You want somethin'?"  

    I say, "Yes, I want a sandwich."  He rolls his eyes and gets out of the chair and makes my sandwich.  I got a turkey breast on wheat and all the veggies and bread tasted old and disgusting.  I gave him a $50 bill to get change and he said, "We just opened.  I don't have change for that."
    Translation:  I don't want to get change for that and/or we have not had any customers.  

    Summary:  awful service, worse food, and you can do better.
