Usually I'm a fan of Subway. You get a foot-long sandwich for five bucks that's decent. Not great, this is fast food, but decent. And fairly healthy.
One of the big places where Subways can differ are their vegetables. Some places have really fresh stuff, others look like it's been sitting around for a few hours. This place leans towards the latter.
Has Subway reached its saturation point in East Midtown? Are people going elsewhere to eat? I'm not sure, but these guys need to up the quality a bit to survive in the marketplace.
