  1. Always used Sukhadia as a to-go place for mithai and snacks.  The decor is 2 and food taste is 3.5.

Do not expect politeness by the servers.  Those packing mithai and the person taking money have always been heads down, we do not want to talk to you, take your packet and leave – kind of service people.  Maybe it is because people keep coming despite the service level.  Such service in an american restaurant would have got the place closed down.

I'm sure with the business they get, they could improve the decor of the place.  Again, I think they do not worry because they know people are anyway going to give them business.

Coming to food quality and taste – very good.  Though I think that Sukhadia on Devon Avenue in Chicago has everything better tasting and very good service.  Not sure if these two Sukhadia are connected in any way?  Take some lessons from Chicago location, if you can.  Can't go to Chicago every time I have indian snacks craving so Edison location would do.

  2. Sukhadiya has stood the TASTE (pun intended) if time, an absolute best for Indian sweets and munchies. And the Jalebies are to die for hand down the best dare I say as good as if not better to jalebies back home.
Everytime I visit Sukhadia I put on about a pound or so

  3. Willy Wonka gets a makeover in Mumbai.

I really liked the desserts here. The dude behind the counter was very willing to give samples before committing to any decisions. Also, I don't remember the name of a single thing so you're just going to have to wing it without any specifics from me.
