I order from Sumi on Seamless all the time, and it's NEVER been late/wrong/etc. The best sushi I've had in the neighborhood, by far. I love the selection, as well!
Sushi including fish is always fresh, freshest in the area imo. Delivery is quick. Soy sauce (reg and low sodium) comes in packets with little dishes.
Amazing Tuna roll = amazing. Tatsuta age (fried chicken) is really chicken nuggets of katsu – skip it. Naruto rolls (wrapped with cucumber) all good.
Excellent seamless delivery, and I enjoyed the soba + sashimi deluxe!
Came last night for a 14 person dinner party. They take reservations, which was nice, because we essentially had the whole place to ourselves for 3 hours. The staff was sweet as could be, and patient with the kids in their two highchairs.
Nice ambiance, and really great food! The sushi was tasty (tried the chirashi), but what actually stood out even more were the cooked fish dishes. The seabass motoyaki was unique and delicious. Loved the thick layer of roe on top. The miso black cod can come in an appetizer size ($10) or entree size ($22) that is twice as big and comes with rice and soup/salad. It's perfectly cooked and seasoned to make for a flakey, almost buttery texture. Yum.
Terrific restaurant serving fare that you'd expect from a much more expensive place.
Hello, awesome sushi delivery to Park Slope! Sooooo happy to meet you.
We were bummed after reading some decent reviews that Sumi Sushi didn't deliver via seamless, but we called just to be sure, and sure enough, they did. Good quantities of fish, even on the smaller standard rolls, and reasonably priced for those who typically go the special roll route. Didn't skimp on the ginger or wasabi and arrived quickly. What more could you want? We've got our new go to delivery sushi in Park Slope!
Look. I'm a lazy, lazy man. I'm sorry.
So I can't tell you what Sumi Sushi looks like. I haven't left my apartment in years.* All I know is that they were the top-rated sushi joint that would deliver to me via Eat24, and I am nothing if not grateful that I can press a few buttons and have food delivered to me quickly.
As far as I can tell from my limited perspective, Sumi Sushi is very solid. Nothing crazy, but everything is affordable and fresh. Whether you're looking for nigiri, shumai, or a few standard rolls (eel avocado, spicy crunchy tuna, whatever), they've got it covered.
I'll be ordering from them again, and you could do a lot worse.

*The last thing I remember is the Roe v. Wade decision of 1973. So obviously, 42 years later, we must've settled the issue that a woman should have the right to choose. Other than that, I'm out of the loop.
Surprisingly delicious sushi from Sumi; I am very happy I gave them a try and ordered takeout from seamless. First of all, delivery was fast and everything was correct in my order. Prices were reasonable, too. I highly recommend the chirashi. It was a filling portion and the fish was very soft and fresh. Overall, great sushi option!!
Damn! This was the best sushi delivery that I have experienced while living in Brooklyn.
We ordered the agedashi tofu and various special rolls. So fresh, delicious, and no mushyness from the delivery.
No, seriously. I can't remember better rolls that were **delivered** (Seamless) to my apartment. I have lived in Ft Greene, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy (in that order).
My new sushi delivery spot. Noted.
