Lunch time should be a joyous pleasure for the second best part of the day. This so-called contemporary gourmet deli is anything but gourmet as there are only two tables available for seating and no facilities on premises. Ridiculously overpriced to put patrons in bankruptcy or foreclosure. The cashier stated what my total was for my bill for hot food by the pound at $6.75 and I snail turtle counted my singles and loose coins to foot the bill adequately. The two cashiers rude scowl looks demanded how much I gave, ergo I roared "$6.75, I paid exact nothing more, nothing less, it was $6.75!!! They continue to shot more sketchy looks at me to drive me loosing me as a patron.
Does the staff understand the importance of communication inter-change to customer service is? This is NOT a gourmet deli.
