  1. Was disappointing to pay $2 extra for an egg in my ramen, and receive a fully cooked hard boiled egg just floating on top. How do you incorporate that in to the soup? My girlfriend threw her ramen away without eating much. I finished mine but will likely not order from here again.

  2. I don't nor will ever order from here again.

    Why?

    I called 30 mins before closing time.
    Food delivered.
    Happy me.
    Sushi rice hard and old.
    Sad me.
    Second to last piece of sushi had a staple in it, spotted it right before I put it in my mouth.
    Mad and scared me.

    The end. Seriously.

  3. The food was decent, but didn't meet my expectations for flavor and presentation. It was average. It's four stars for great service and super quick delivery, but not as good as it could be.

    I ordered the Tofu Tod and Tofu Teriyaki with broccoli, which were large portions and lasted two days. The flavor was lacking a bit and the tofu tod was too soft and moist, but not bad. Maybe next time I'll just stick to a simpler dish.

  4. I ordered from this location for the first time last Friday. The delivery was quick and the deliveryman very friendly.  The food was delicious, so I ordered again last night and realized that the food quality is not consistent.  The California rolls that I ordered damn near made me sick.  There was way too much cucumber and the avocados didnt taste right.  I dont know if its a difference between the guy that is there on Friday and the dude on Monday.  Not sure if I want to try a third try.

  5. Tastes like Japanese food cooked by a Chinese chef.

    Kitchen Appetizers:
    ===============
    Beef Nagimaki: C-
    The scallions were bitter and had very little scallion flavor.  The brown sauce tasted burned.  The flavor was very reminiscent of Chinese cuisine, not Japanese cuisine.   I ended up throwing it away.

    Tatsuta Age: B-
    Dry beyond belief.  Breaded fried chicken that's so dry it could pass for desiccated chicken.  The only reason why it's not a C is the taste was pretty good.  But have a glass of water or dipping sauce ready.

    Japanese Style Chicken Wing: B-
    I saw the flavor they were after.  Crispy fried chicken wings with a strong ginger undercurrent.  They almost achieved it, but the wings had a sort-of "off flavor" in the background that detracted from the dish with every bite.  Tasted almost like food that suffered freezer burn.

    Noodle and Fried Rice
    ==================
    Yaki Soba: B-
    It was good, but it didn't seem pan fried to me.  Pan fried noodles should have a barely perceptible crispyness to them, and pan brown marks from where the noodles touch the hot pan's surface.  These noodles, while having good flavor, were soggy.

    Japanese Fried Rice: B+
    This was actually quite tasty.  The rice appeared to have an egg coating and wasn't greasy the way fried rice can be.  I enjoyed it.

  6. The sushi rolls were good- loved the mango avocado rolls. The udon noodle soup we got was so plain and bland. It seemed like they used water as a base instead of chicken or vegetable stock/broth. It was totally empty and America's Filunniest Home Videos was playing pretty loudly.
