About a week or two after the hair in my food dilemma. My colleague called them on my behalf (because she was the one who purchased their food, and passed it out, she felt it was her fault so she gave them a call to complain)…they sent us a couple of boxes of complementary pastries which was really cool because we were able to pass it around and be the company friendly's for a week or two.
Plus they kindly apologized and took ownership for the problem. They are cool with me so my negative comment is edited.
Whenever a company takes the time to apologize, and provides good customer service I think it is a perfect eraser for the previous problem. I believe Sweet Sam's is a quality company with a quality product, so I'm a fan 🙂
