I love Taco Bell, but I think out of all the ones I have been to in my life, this one is the slowest.
The line for the drive-thru is always long. It takes forever for them to get it moving. When it's your turn to order, whoever is on the other end receiving it doesn't even let you know they are ready for you to order. You just hear silence. Then they are always busy talking to other people in the background, messing peoples orders up, causing them to have to constantly repeat themselves. Some of the workers even give you an attitude!
I only come back here because it is very close to my house, and every time I do come I have the same problems.
Totally guilty pleasure that is on my way home, and have to agree with other reviewers – have patience in the drive-thru. It can be upwards of a 10-minute wait, but the food is fresh and hot when you get it. As for good…well, that's a subjective question for you, isn't it? I mean…you're here. You know what you want, so go ahead and enjoy.
