Order online is the best way to go. There are sales online for the tea leaves. I have brought teas twice online and I haven't gotten no complaints.
Do they know how to properly brew tea…maybe not.
They sell the drinks in 1 size, doesn't matter which tea you pick, it is all $5. Even though Starbucks brought Teavana, it's not cheap for plain tea…
I got the Snow Geisha…a bit disappointed for the flavor, it's not as strong as I thought. My other half got the Golden Dragon…he say it taste so plain…taste like cheap green tea.
They have great tea here. Also, you can buy a cup to go if you're not ready to commit to it yet. I have the travel mug that steeps the tea. It kept my tea warm over night in the fridge. My biggest gripe is the expense! Everything from the rock sugar, to the mug to the tea is expensive! However it's so good that I still buy it. The sales associates work hard to sell the products.
