  1. Crab cake and lobster rolls? Those were the two items they had on-hand for our food truck event. They were good – the lobster roll was meaty and felt quite substantial (first versions out must have been the angry ones – spicier versions). Good pieces of lobster, felt very balanced. The crab cakes were smaller, but a good double coin bite of crab cake to round off the double.

They were relatively quick in serving many in-line, once they started up (took a little while to get everything set up when they arrived).

  2. This was the first food truck I tried at the Food Truck and Rock Carnival in Clark, and I didn't find anything else there that measured up to it. I got – what else – the angry crab sandwich. For $12, it had a generously sized crab cake that was mostly meat, seared crispy on the outside but moist and flavorful on the inside. It's worthy of anything I've had in Maryland. The angry lobster is a bit pricy at $16 but I feel like it's hard to go wrong with this. I've heard a lot of good things about this truck and I'm surprised I can't find it on Yelp yet, but it absolutely deserves the hype.

  3. Just had the best crab cake EVER! Came down to check out the food trucks at the Morgan Food Truck festival. I was able to chat it up with Mike and he told me history on the creation of the angry crab.

Every item on the menu looked delicious so I had to ask Mike which one was HIS favorite. He steered me right to the crab cake and I couldn't be anymore ecstatic about the choice.

I've had crab cakes in the past that are typically small but this angry crab was a thing but small and full of flavor. What I enjoyed most was the sriracha kick that it has, really gives it the extra intensity and yumminess.

I can't wait to try the lobster and was excited to hear that they do catering and travel around JC. When you get a chance go check them out! You won't be disappointed.

  4. Go get the crab cake sandwich! Don't wait! It's delicious, luscious, juicy and full of real lump crab meat with a nice spicy touch of sriracha — this one is the real deal!  If you like yours to be spicier, ask them to up the sriracha quotient.

Pro Tip: You to need to find them on Instagram where they post their weekly schedule around JC and Hoboken.
