Came during the rainbow bagel phase so this review may be a bit outdated. We waited in line to get one if the last rainbows and I was not impressed by it.
However, I did like the bacon egg and cheese bagel. Not worth a huge line though.
It was a weekend of food dream come true – I also got the raindrop cake
Got here around 2pm on a Saturday and was expecting a long wait but to my surprise…no lines no wait…just me waiting to decide which cream cheese flavor I wanted.
The store also had other colored bagels aside from the rainbow bagel but of course, I am here for the one and only.
I opted for a nutella cream cheese with my rainbow bagel. The color on the outside of the bagel looks dull and what not…cracked from the baking. but….
LO AND BEHOLD…you open this baby and BAM you are seeing COLORS of the 60s!! the colors…THE COLORS!
I ripped my first piece and it was so soft and fluffy on the inside, so doughy and the bagel itself is a bit sweet…maybe its just me and my imagination of fluffy cotton sugar sweet goodness lol.
With a slather of the nutella cream cheese…I knew this was a guilty pleasure. My words exactly…this is a unicorn and its poop…delicious unicorn and its poop.
The only boo side is…its expensive! The bagel itself is 3.95? or something and the cream cheese was also $3…seriously?!?! my whole bagel combo was like 6 bucks and change….a little too much
The rainbow bagels are hella pretty, but tasted pretty bland IMHO. The confetti cream cheese is amazing, though. Either way, worth it for the Instagram!
Thanks to buzzfeed and some other media websites, I was intrigued by the colorful rainbow bagel. The ordering process was a bit weird where I had to order in one corner of the store but pay at the other end. If you check in to yelp, you can get a free coffee (decent-size too). The shop wasn't too busy so we were able to order right away.
The rainbow bagel and cotton candy bagels were so fun to look and I was glad that we tried it at least once. The bagel tasted like a regular bagel (thick and chewy) but it looked like we were eating play-doh. I had the blueberry cream cheese which was good though! If you're in the area, drop by for some fun colorful bagels!
Finally decided to stop by here and see what this rainbow bagel craze was about. I got there at about 12:30pm and to my surprise there was no line and I was able to place my order right away. I got a rainbow bagel with the confetti cream cheese and my boyfriend got a garlic bagel with philly cheesesteak filling, they both came down to about $15 bucks.
For starters I feel like their bagels are overpriced. The rainbow bagel with confetti cream cheese was a delight. However, I feel like it's mostly popular for its instagram or snapchat worthy look. I don't see myself going back to get another rainbow bagel any time soon. The garlic bagel with philly cheesesteak filling was also pretty good. The garlic bagel itself was delicious and I would love to try that with some of their scallion cream cheese. Overall, i feel like the bagels they serve are nothing special. They were actually pretty dense and on the dry side. On the other hand, I appreciate the various varieties of cream cheese flavors they have and think they are worth trying.
If you are someone who enjoys photographing exotic looking foods I would definitely recommend you try this place out. Other than that, it's nothing to hype about.
I ordered a delicious everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. They have some cool bagels that are different colors, like cotton candy and it's hot pink and blue, they looked interesting. I'll have to try one next time. They only take cash so heads up and it's pretty small, not a lot of seating, just some stools by the windows.
Location: this one is not at Williamsburg! This one is at East Williamsburg, which is very close to Dun-well Donut..(Not really, 2 stops away) But you can take a L train and do some food tour tho. Anyway. this place is right around the corner.
Few spots to sit, dirty floor and chubby staff, I almost felt like leaving when I hit the spot. But it's pride week, I gotta have some rainbow bagel to celebrate this historical time, right?!
So I am here, grabbing a bagel, a rainbow bagel.
Food: I don't understand why Americans are fanatic about rainbow bagel, rainbow donut, rainbow cookie.. or rainbow anything…
I do not like rainbow color even though I am gay…
UGH.
SHUT MY MOUTH NOW.
I had rainbow bagel with spinach cream – 6 bucks.
In cash only.
The rainbow bagel is different from traditional ones.
Why? It tastes much more sweet, (And I really want to know the ingredients which are composed to this whole rainbow color) and it just doesn't taste like a traditional bagel.
Glad the spinach cream cheese saves this bagel from being a dessert… The spinach cream cheese is creamy and delicious!
Service: very neighborhood based because they seem to know cute girls' name, their favorite thing but give me a shitty look like:"why the fuck this asian people come here out of nowhere"
LOL, it's okay.
I won't come back .

How can a simple looking bagel shop have such a colorful and delicious bagel?
After hearing so much about the Rainbow bagel, I finally came here to try one.
The rainbow bagel looks so cool and beautiful to look at. No matter how beautiful it looks, it is going down my stomach.
You got to get it with the funfetti cream cheese.
Let me tell you this, I didn't know what to expect, but when I took one bite…it was off the scale. Couldn't believe how good it tasted. Each bite was so so delicious.
This is not your average bagel store.
