The salteña… indescribably delicious. It's perfect! The dough has a slight crisp outer shell and gradually gets softer towards the middle. It's sweet and moist, almost like a sweet potato. I got the chicken one, and the filling was delectable and juicy. The sauce that comes with it is smoky and spicy. Highly memorable, highly delicious.
