This place definitely had enough space and I actually liked the fact that their table had real beans underneath the glass, so self-explanatory! However their caffe latte was a bit let me down given the lack of flavor. To be honest, I would rather go to Starbucks to pick up a small latte…not a bad try though, at least it told me I probably should try their tea rather than coffee!

The decor is nice and a good attempt to grab market share from the competition next door.  The coffee taste average but cost the same as the competition.  Maybe they should lower their margins so their occupancy will have a higher fill ratio than the comp.  I still chose to run in and grab a cup of Joe to go when I don't want to deal with a line so the spill over effect theory is alive and well.

Matcha Green Tea Latte. I just can't get the same one anywhere else! Unfortunately, there is no CBTL near me at work, but this location is conveniently located near the 7th Ave train station and it's about a 15-20 minute stroll to work, which is not bad on a breezy sunny day. This place is also across the street from David Letterman's show and Pie Face. This means I can pick up a cup of coffee and then pick up some pie for lunch. Yes — I do plan these things out.

CBTL is working on a rewards program similar in NY because it seems like the program they have right now is only for CA. They are now using this app card, but I don't think it's their true rewards program. Hopefully, they will establish one in NY soon!

    Noooooo.

The TV screen menu with the "iced blendeds" was broken, so I missed out on that. Seems weird to not advertise your signature drink at all?

It took so long for a black iced coffee to come out. I wanted to get a pump of hazelnut but apparently it only comes in powder form, which sounds terrible.

Better then other chain coffee shops in the area. Drip coffee is better then just drinkable, but not something you would get form a uppity coffee joint. All of their speciality drinks are done with their brand of flavoring powders. Not really sure how I feel about this, it really just looks like everything is a drink from a mix. However, they do have lots of "no added sugar" drinks which is nice.

Overall, a solid go to. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I surly would stop in if walking by (which I do often).

This is a new location and it's a small one. They have a few seats, but it's just not as big as the other Coffee Bean's in the City.

While it is close to my office, they aren't my favorite location. The drinks are decent every time, but they're pretty slow there. Slower than the usual slow of Coffee Bean….

Most of the time they're friendly and the drinks are reliable, but if they could only make my drink a little faster, I'd be a much happier person.
