.. Tried their White Chicken chilly.. It's just okay as compared to their spicy beef chilly.. If you have an option, definitely go for those spicy beef chilly.

Cool place to hang out after work.  Location is super fun for the summertime as stone street is the place to go if your in the financial district (or the seaport).  Food is pretty good, definitely like the cauliflower appetizer, worth checking it out.  I would absolutely go back to hang out there again, perfect for groups.

Great service and food! I had tomato soup and fries. My fiancé had French dip. He said the French dip was phenomenal. As for tomato soup – two thumbs up! As an FYI – fry orders are HUGE. We were both eating them and still didn't even get halfway through. They're yummy though – thin hand it deliciousness.

Friday night attracts a good crowd in this place. Warm night and it was a shame that the outdoor sitting closes at 11:00pm – it makes sense I guess given there could be residential area around…
Cocktail drink – salty dog was really good. I like the combination of salt, vodka, and grapefruit juice. A bit sweet, a tad dry, and rim of salt.
Also the cocktail combination of vodka and grapefruit reminded me of a popular alcoholic drink in Finland. Tasted very similar and nice.
Food was medicos at best, but not bad at the same time.
Stone street overall adds a very warm l/summer/ festival feel to the bar sense in downtown and NYC in general.

Wow. Just wow. Mind-numbing lackluster, rude service. I understand that ya'll like to flirt with one another, but some people are waiting on their food and drink orders – can you spare a minute for us, considering THAT'S YOUR JOB? There were plenty of high top tables, so we asked for one. They seated us in the middle where one of the light strobes was shining directly onto the person who was sitting across from the booth. So we decided to move to the next table. Then there was another strobe that was shining too bright on my side. So we tried to shift the table to the right a little. The waiter comes in a jiffy (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL THIS TIME, BUT YOU WANT TO COME HERE WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT?) to tell us that the tables are set that way for a reason. How about adjusting the light a bit then so that it's not blinding us? I get it that you guys DIM the lights as the night progresses, but I decided to come at 5pm, and so I'm the one who has to tolerate that? Why can't you accommodate? Just when I was about to ask whether the light could be adjusted, the guy had the audacity to just walk away while I'm still talking. Sure, he heard someone call his name so he hurriedly went off – saved by the bell, aye? NO. YOU SUCK.

What's with the snobbish, pretentious waiters here anyway? Did you guys win the mega? Then why you working here? YOU'RE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY – GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER OR GET OUT. I'm not even asking for a smile, I'm asking for some minimal manners.

Onto the drinks – I'm on antibiotics but I thought I'd have just a sip. Couldn't help myself. I ordered The Salted Dog. Presentation was awesome – what a beautiful coral color. Then I took a sip. WTH? No alcohol. If I wanted a Sunny D, I would've asked ya'll for juice. WTH IS THIS? The Titos Arnold Palmer also had near zero alcohol. And you charge $12 for this? Thieves!

Biggest smack to the face is when the food came out. I ordered a cobb salad. HOW THE HELL DO YOU MESS A SALAD UP? They brought me stale cabbage (yes, cabbage, not lettuce) with some dry eggs with a blob of blue cheese sadly dribbling down the side of the plate, with a very bland vinaigrette dressing and tiny pieces of dry AF chicken. Zero Fs were given in presentation whatsoever. There was no generous portion of ANYTHING other than cabbage. USE LETTUCE – it's COBB SALAD. So pathetic. Saddest. Salad. Ever. FOR $15. There was a not-fully cut avocado on top which wasn't ripe – pretty hard. I was going 60 WTFs a second the whole time I was there.

I know FiDi isn't the trendiest of areas for hanging out, but can't you at least TRY? How does this place have 4 stars? Is it because it's graded based on the rest of FiDi? No class. No manners. Not a single dish or drink that could even  be considered decent. NEVER. AGAIN.

Spent some time here the other night catching up with some friends I hadn't seen in awhile. FiDi isn't somewhere I normally hang out but I really liked this place. It was quiet, not crowded, and the bartenders were great. I didn't try the food so I can't speak to that, but they had a great beer selection and the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. All beers were $8 which isn't too bad, and we were so cozy we ended up being there for almost five hours! I would definitely go back again!

The first time I came to this bar it was super crowded on a weeknight, so I went downstairs to Underdog for a more quiet setting. This time around on a Sunday night, the place was much more empty, and we were able to get a couple seats at the bar.

Wasn't hungry, so we settled on drinks instead. Got one of the drafts off the board ($8) and the Bourbon hot chocolate ($10). The hot chocolate wasn't very big, and topped with a bunch of mini marshmallows, but it packs a wallop with the bourbon. The beer selection here is great and at a decent price.

A chill spot on the weekend. I wouldn't come back here on the weekdays due to the after work crowd. Food looks good, so will be back for that.

What a wonderful brunch experience! During nice weather, Stone Street is a great place for eating outside as the whole street is covered with tables and seats to eat and drink outside. My friends and I started our day with brunch at Growler and it was absolutely delicious. Service was quite attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for socializing.

We started off with the Unlimited Bloody Marys with as much fix-ins as one may want. For $15, it was an amazing deal. I absolutely loved it. Not only because it was very affordable, but the variations you can have is awesome. The Bloody Mary do-it-yourself bar is located at the middle bar in the restaurant. The bartender will pour a good shot of vodka and the rest is in your hands. They offer 4 different types of tomato juice, including a habanero chipotle tomato juice which I highly enjoyed. From there, you can essentially add anything you want, from pickle juice, seasonings, horseradish, siracha, olives, parmesan cheese, bacon bits, picked tomatoes, celery and banana peppers!…just to name a few. It was great to be able to experiment and make the drink to your liking. There were also complimentary chips on the side of the bar to munch on while making. So worth it.

I also got the brunch burger which came with a large pile of fries, 6oz kobe patty, a fried egg with runny yolk, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and cheese, all in a pretzel bun. Fantastic. The meat was super juicy. The egg and yolk was a great complement to the meat. The bun was strong to hold everything in the burger. The fries were nice ,crispy and plentiful. Everything worked perfectly well with each other. A great pick!

Overall, it was a great brunch experience. I would recommend this place for sure, especially if you are a Bloody Mary addict.
