  1. Maybe the food and service would have been good. We never got a chance to find out. We made a reservation and showed up on time. They say there is a "big party" in the restaurant and thus, we were shown another back room with six tables. The room smelled of mildew and was about 90 degrees inside. They said that there was nothing they could do and this was the only place they had for us. We left and still had to pay the valet after no more than 10 minutes. All they had to do is say they were booked for the evening. We are not going back.

  2. Loved the setting, beautiful setting, outdoor and indoor seating, full bar, and lovely windows in a high ceiling room.

The hostess was very friendly.  She let us sit anywhere.

But the menu was brunch, so we chose something, and then they told us no it's dinner menu, so it was ok because there was more variety in the dinner menu.

Hot bread and very good evoo was served with it, I love hot bread!

I ordered the escargots, which came out PERFECTLY COOKED.

For entree, I had the truffle ravioli which was ok. I didn't taste the truffles so don't believe it when they keep writing truffle everywhere for that dish. A massive meal though! But a little too salty.

My cousin had the linguini with clam sauce, the clams were not overcooked but the pasta was a little dry.  Better flavor than the ravioli though.

For dessert I had the creme brulee, with a crisp caramelized shell on top, not too sweet in the inside, we ate the whole thing, highly recommended.

The service was bleh.  That's why I lowered it a star.  Hello?!  There is no one in the restaurant at all, and they couldn't come over to check up to see if we needed anything else?  My cousin was dying of thirst when she finished her drink and they couldn't ask if she wanted another one, and they were all in the kitchen so what am I supposed to do walk into the kitchen and ask them for another drink? Not cool.

But bathroom was cute, and clean, with nice decor.
