The Whiskey Shop
“Jonathan knows his Whiskey and there's no sense of pretentiousness or snobbery you can find at other shops.”
“He is extremely knowledgeable about bourbon and whiskey, I felt like I learned so much just from talking to him for a short while.”
“After my latest trip, I left with a recommendation to check out a distillery in Alameda, a bottle of ROOT* and what kind of ryes to check out.”

This bar is fine, it was a fall back when Brooklyn Brewery had an hour line outside on a Saturday PM.
Whiskey shop is in the basement and rather large at that with a big bar surrounded by tables. It must fit a few hundred people.
There's skee ball in the back near the bathrooms.
The tap list is rather small but there's a good selection of bottles and cans.
It's definitely a whiskey bar with some rare choices. The bartender selected two ryes which were very good.
There's plenty of TV to watch your fave ball game.
Nothing else to add, a decent place to grab a drink in W-Burg
