  1. Fun place for a drink and some grub after work. Yeah, it's that kind of a place. Don't ask for a riesling, they won't have it, but you can get a halfway decent pinot grigio.

  2. Kind of liked the vibe of this place.
Low key, casual and laid back. Bar is roomy and full of regulars. Bartender was friendly. Tuesday's seem to be their big specials. Buffalo anything is discounted. Weekends have good deals too.
Didn't try the food and had a couple of drinks before an Yelp Event.
Happy Hour prices are good too. Smaller portions on food but discounted.
It seems to have been there forever.
Worth a stop in for a drink if you're in the area. Menu is loaded with pub options…especially apps…ENJOY!

  3. So after leaving a YEE, desiring some more booze and banter… My #TeamPhoenix buddies (and a few others) moseyed over to Town Pub for some stuffs. Cool spot! We happened to wander over on a Monday, when they were doing trivia! (Needless to say Team Phoenix rocked it and won).

Pretty decent prices on the drinks, but you get better deals on their pitcher specials. We had some pretty EFFECTIVE pitchers of sangría for $19 a pop. The bartenders there KNOW what they're doing, and make the sangria right AT THE BAR, so you know you're getting some good stuff. We didn't try their food, as we were all ridden with the ITIS from our Elite Event, just prior.

They have their specials listed all around the bar, and they always seem to be doing something to keep their customers coming in on specific days. They've even got a wheel you can spin on Friday's, and whatever you lands on wins you a discounted shot/drink at that price! Woot! Soooooo, I will absolutely be returning to have some more pitchers, and even try their food.

  4. Great place for Sunday football, 25 cent wings and a free bar pie with every pitcher.

  5. Cheap beer and liquor prices and straight up no frills beer food? What more can you ask for. It's the best place to go with a group of friends to just straight up and drink and be reckless like everyone in there. haha The APPETIZERS are all around awesome, especially the Nachos. We get it every time we visit.

The only thing I can say is bad about this place is that someone from our group ordered Jagerbombs and they made it with Coors Light instead of Red Bull?!!? WTH?!?

  6. Gina is awesome! She has such a warm personality and you rarely get that from your average bartender. I will continue to visit just because she made me feel very welcomed and its an great feeling because I am new to the area. They have great happy hour and late night deals and I will definitely keep coming.

  7. This place is aces, especially if you're looking for a simple watering hole to watch some sports. Beers were pretty cheap during football and the classic bar food I saw other people eating smelled really good. Overheard a great conversation with a drunk Greek dude, the kind of bar conversation you live to listen too.  Friendly bartenders and service.

  8. HUGE fan of Town Pub. My wife and I are Bloomfield residents, and we've been here a few times for hang outs and last Sunday for the games. They have GREAT and friendly service — their specials can't be beat (all day Sunday, each $10 pitcher of beer gets you a free bar pie; 25 cent wings).

Great atmosphere, and the bar service is pretty quick. Never had to wait on anything too long while we were there. The owner is a down-to-earth guy, and was present hanging out with the customers the entire afternoon. That's a good sign for me in terms of businesses — rather than being backstage for his job, he oversaw everything and even gave us a free pitcher of beer!

Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area and want a small, but great local bar to spend some time.
