I love Traditions.
My first impression, even before tasting the food is the service! The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is pleasant, helpful and goes above and beyond for the customer.
It's pretty close to my house so when we need a quick takeout but still quality food we order from Traditions. I crave their chicken soup. It's so pure and real. Good pieces of chicken – matzoh ball – noodles.
Their sandwiches are great and they aren't stingy. I ordered the edgar sandwich recently. The shnitzel was bigger than the club. It was great.
The decor is light, modern and neat. The store is always clean and definitely my go to eatery for delicious fast food.
Ordered from Grubhub last week, and the order never came! The manager said they somehow lost the order, and then offered to send me my ribs and sides for free. The problem ensued when the delivery guy came to my house. He refused to get out of his car and bring the delivery to my apartment, which is how food deliveries are made. In years of ordering food, I never once had a delivery guy refuse to get out of his car like this. And to boot, the ribs were stringy, not tender, and chewy this time, and I could barely get the meat off the bone.
