  1. Oh. My. God. I never had udon before and my friend turned me onto it and damn is it delicious. From the broth to the shrimp tempura, everything seemed perfect. Seriously. The noodles were so fluffy and light and everything felt immensely satisfying. I can't wait until we come back!

  2. Went for lunch with a friend and I got the chicken teriyaki lunch special which is like $10. It comes with miso soup, a salad, and white rice. Definitely worth the $10. The chicken was tasty and the restaurant was very clean. My friend got the spicy chicken teriyaki which was more like a spicy bbq chicken but she said it was pretty good. I would definitely go back and try some udon noodles. The place was packed but service was quick and staff was friendly. I recommend if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive lunch where you want to sit down.

  3. Quick service and quick eat. Loved the udon in miso soup base. The shrimp tempura wasn't too heavily clad in batter. The salmon sashimi was pretty fresh. I probably wouldn't order the cold tofu again.

  4. Was pretty drunk and had drunk munchies when I went here, so I vaguely remember what anything tasted like. I got the soba noodles with shrimp tempura and I remembered making the "mMmmm" sound, meaning I was enjoying it. My friend got this beef and rice dish, which tasted like yoshinoya beef. I kinda wished I ordered the yoshinoya tasting beef. It was just so so so so yummmmyy. They also had green tea tempura ice cream, which I definitely HAD to get.

Overall, it's good. But I really wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

  5. Came here for lunch once. Good udon and offers other combination with more food

Would come back, recommend coming before 12noon to ensure No wait as it gets busy later during lunch

  6. Solid noodle shop in Midtown East. No frills but quick service. Fine tasting food and lots of lunch special options. No complaints.

  7. Fast service. Good food. However we went towards their afternoon closing time (around 2 PM) and our waitress was eager to make us pay. Afterwards she also time pressured us to tip them ASAP. Kinda killed the mood.

  8. Five stars for good food at great price. Have not experience many udon places around especially that have cold udon. We tried the cold udon , udon with curry and donkatsu with egg rice bowl. All dishes enjoyed. Place was not too crowded at 6pm on the weekend which was welcome.
