I was asked to get a bottle of liquor for my family's Christmas '09 Party. So I decided to hop into Union Street Wine & Spirits because it's near my home in Flushing. To my surprise, the prices are rather decent compared to some of the other liquor stores around the neighborhood. I bought a bottle of Grey Goose for a very good price!
If you live in flushing, and you're going to pregame before heading to the city, you should hit up this liquor store.
Great place to get your drinks so you can go get your drink on. The prices of the stuff here seem a few bucks cheaper than what I'm used to in Manhattan.
Also, if you need soju, it looks like the whole right wall is dedicated to that sort of stuff.

Love this place for the prices, location and friendly service. They were also very helpful of what I needed for a birthday gift.
I was looking for some dessert wine when I came in.
– Spirits to your left. Wines to your right.
– Korean and Asian brands in the front. Back left is off limits.
– Dessert wines are mixed in. Wines are categorized by region.
– Korean wine tend to go on sale more often.
– Chilled items toward the back and right.
– They carry ice wines behind the counter, you have to ask for it.
– No lychee sake.
– Employees very courteous and helpful.
– I didn't get carded. Am I getting old?
