  1. Both times I visited this location it was after 1am and a night out at Studio Square around the corner.  Even though we were at a point in which we would have been happy with mediocre snacks, this Uno delivered in a big way.  We ordered similar style pizzas both times: four cheese and sausage peperoni and peppers…both deep dish and personal sizes.  They were absolutely delicious and exactly what we were hoping for.  I don't often eat deep dish pizza, so it was something I definitely missed from when I used to eat at Uno when I was a kid.  The salads were big and tasty as well.  We ordered a regular garden salad and a wedge salad (one of my favorite kinds of salads).  Only drinking water, 2 salads and 2 personal pizzas rung us up a bill around 40 bucks each time.  Not terrible for a chain.  I was very happy with the friendliness of service and cleanliness of the restaurant during both times visiting this location, considering it was latenight hours and waiters/waitresses usually get annoyed with soused customers.  I would definitely visit again.

  2. The service was good. Went for my nieces birthday party The other day . Staff was on point and attentive. Ordered a salad and a margarita. The drink was good and liked that they bring you the mixer cup. Pretty cool! . It's been a while since I've gone to a UNOs . Not a big fan but this one was good. It's much better than Applebee's.!

  3. Compared to Applebee's across the street, UNO satisfied me. It is mainly because we received the attention we deserved. Our host and server were both friendly. Our server, particularly, was attentive, gave an honest recommendation on the drinks and food, and just overall awesome. I wish I has asked for his name.

My review is not mainly based on their food. It is for their service because we migrated here from Applebee's where our server was a no-show. After that experience, or lack thereof, the feeling that I got from Uno's is that of royalty. It was as if I was a stranded on an island with no resources or an ounce of love from humanity and Uno came to put the world back in its place.

I would say that their food is mediocre at best. I had the shrimp scampi and the portion was quite large for a small girl like me so I was able to wrap some up to bring home with me. I LOVE their Wildberry Mango smoothie. I was surprised to learn that it was only 4 bucks! It's yummy!

    Uno, I thank you.

  4. Since the last time i was here they have definitely stepped up their game. Not only is the service more attentive but the food came out accordingly. They must have gotten a new manager or something. Good job unos!

  5. Came here on Easter Sunday for brunch and their movie tickets. If you eat here, you can get discounted Regal movie tickets for $8 each.

I heard this Uno is usually pretty good, but I guess as it was Easter Sunday and they got a birthday party and another big table going on, I didn't get the service I wanted. We had a party of 5, but we never got an extra set of silverware. When we all ordered water to drink, we got four.

I ordered the goat cheese walnut salad with the dressing on the side. The waiter repeated my order but gave me a salad with the dressing on it. But he was very polite when I sent the salad back and he made me a new one right away.

I think the food was fair. It's a chain restaurant. Can't expect much. Presentation was nice though.

Overall, the food was fair. Service was meh. I mean our waiter was nice, but he just didn't take care of us well. Also, Uno is getting more and lore expensive. I'm not sure if it's worth it. I might just pay my movie ticket in full and eat somewhere else.

  6. After my initial review this place has become more of a frequent place to visit.
Drinks we always tend to go with what's on special nice tall glass for $2.99 good deal.
Appetizers… Good Grilled Cheese Sticks not bad , the Pizza skins are a fun twist to potato skins it's basically a small deep dish pizza but it's not bad. Nachos are good the Chicken nachos are a good size & taste pretty good. The Spinach dip is also good comes with chips appt size is small not enough chips we had to ask for extra.
On the wings Buffalo are good so is the Teriyaki they usually have decent size wings.
The Whiskey BBQ wings are pretty good nice tasting sauce & the Chicago Fire wings are the ones u get for a spicier kick , although my friend didn't think they were very spicy I'd say u be the judge with these everyone likes different labels of spices to me they had a nice kick to them.
Next up the Chicken buffalo quesadillas surprisingly very good. For a lighter option the Goat Cheese & walnut salad is pretty tasty.
On the pizza always tend to go w a personal deep dish size , can't go wrong with the Chicago classic so good.
The Italiano deep dish was delicious so was the Chicken Spinachi good combo with this one nice tasting chicken & UNOs personal a little too much stuff on it but not bad at all. Good pepperoni as well.
A little lighter options is the Chicken Verde this ones on a thin crust , pretty good still prefer the deep dish it's obviously that crust that's so good.
I've decide to up that stars because so far every visit has been good since we always stick to appetizers we've never had an issue with the food.
Bartenders are nice & friendly , the service is pretty quick & of course can't go wrong with the happy hour prices , Two things keep us coming back late happy hour & half price appetizers hard to go wrong.

  7. Total suburban staple.  Had never been to one but someone invited me & insisted on going.  My pizza was more burned than I liked but I will say this is the place to go if you're looking for greasy food that will leave you full.  I'm annoyed they didn't have the dessert I wanted (the chocolate cake is apparently very popular here) but the one I had was decent & humongous–at least if you're a 0/2 dress size.  Food came out pretty quickly and the service was just fine.  No complaints here but I'm not sure I'd come back since I do live in the city with some of the best pizza in America & there are more exotic desserts in other places.

  8. Make your own Deep Dish…My Fav? Hamburger, Artichoke and mushroom! Delicious! Great service and both pizzas and burgers are spot on! You can also do a dinner and movie and get tickets to Regal across the street at a cheaper price with each meal purchase.
