Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and had a great time. It was Latin Friday so all the music was mostly Spanish with the exception of some old school freestyle music. The crowd was also a little older than the usual 20 somethings you see at most clubs. My friend is part of a salsa school so the majority of the crowd that night were other students from the school. They take their dancing seriously while being able to let loose and have a good time. The dance floor was always packed with dancers so it was easy to sneak in and bust a move without worrying about being the only one on the floor or everyone watching you. The bar was huge and service was quick. Not sure what it would be like on another night but I like the set up. Chairs and tables along the sides and plenty of space in the middle to dance.
Coat check is mandatory so keep that in mind if you have a hard time parting with your jacket.
The only weird thing is that it is located in a small strip mall type of place. But there was plenty of parking. The fee to get in was $20 per person and that was being on a guest list. I thought that was a little steep but the band playing tonight was a popular band in the salsa world apparently. Still think it was too much money.
